Recess is an Australian owned and designed office furniture brand, who were looking to refine their e-mail designs for their CRM strategies around the End of Financial Year and Black Friday sale periods.

I reimagined the brand presence in this channel by developing a modular design system that was distinctly recognisable, visually fresh and high converting – ensuring it could be refined and reused for future peak retail seasons.
